Are you right-handed or left-handed? This is a preference hard-wired into your brain which will follow you throughout your life. But did you know that people have other in-born preferences as well? Personality Type measures four such preferences. There are no “good” or “bad” Personality Types but when you understand these preferences, you will better understand yourself and everyone around you.
Answer a few simple questions and open up a whole new world of understanding — of yourself and everyone around you.
Personality Type differences were first observed by Carl Jung and documented in his 1921 book, “Psychological Types.” The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is a self-assessment developed in the 1940s which served to make Jung’s concepts popular. Today the MBTI® is the most widely used personality assessment in the world. With a proven record of reliability spanning more than 50 years, it offers a foundation for understanding individual differences and applying that understanding to the ways people think, communicate, and interact. There are also many other self-assessment tools that can be used to provide you with your 4-letter Personality Type. Our own free assessment is available for download at the bottom left hand corner of our STORE tab.
Any of these instruments can be used with the From Stressed To Best™ program; all you need is your 4-letter Personality Type.
For the most detailed information on targeting stress reduction, we’ve produced a set of Interpretive Reports and Workbooks for each Personality Type for use with the MBTI® Step II™. We use it to show you even more detail about how your mind is “hard-wired”. It’s like getting the owner’s manual for your brain! Our unique approach will give you information and strategies for reducing stress, de-escalating conflict and improving communication in all of your relationships, personal and professional.
